Once purchased, we do NOT automatically offer exchanges or refunds for tickets purchased. We will, however, take any unused tickets and attempt to sell them to a waiting list, should a waiting list exist (e.g. when we have a full house). On occasion tickets may be restricted to a maximum number per person for a particular production, the Chiltern Shakespeare Company reserve the right to cancel tickets purchased in excess of this number.

If a performance is cancelled, ticket holders will be offered an alternative performance (subject to availability) up to the seat value on the ticket.

In the interest of our other patrons, parents with children are reminded they may be asked to remove consistently noisy children. Age restrictions for certain productions will apply and children may not be admitted due to the nature and suitability of the show as advised by the Box Office.

At all performances at the Chiltern Shakespeare Company the use of recording equipment of any kind is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorised recordings will be confiscated and deleted.
