There will be parking marshals on hand to guide you to the appropriate parking for your group or party. Limited disable spaces will be available.
Picnics are available, prepared by Home Roots, check out our website for menus choices. Alternatively are welcome to bring your own food and drinks. (BBQs are not permitted). Picnic bags and containers should not be brought into the auditorium, due to space constraint.
The bar will offer local beers, wine and soft drinks before the performance and during the interval. There will also be other hot drinks and ice creams available.
The grounds will be open from 5.45pm for our evening performances and 11:45am for matinees. The evening performances will commence at 7:45pm and finish approximately 10.15pm. The Saturday and Sunday matinees will commence at 1.45pm and finish 4.15pm. Please arrive 15 minutes before the performance starts as latecomers may have to wait to be admitted to their seats.
Accessible seats are reserved near the stage for those with hearing or walking difficulties and there are some spaces for wheelchairs. Every effort has been made to make the site accessible. Please book early specifying your needs. There is also a hearing loop installed for those with specialist auditory needs.
